We recommend having your carpets cleaned by a professional cleaner as soon as they start looking dirty to maintain their quality.

  • Drying times can vary depending on the amount of soilage, air flow in the home. and the humidity levels. Generally, complete drying can take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours, but can take up to 24 hours. We strive to remove as much moisture as possible during the extraction process.

  • Yes, we offer free estimates for all our cleaning services, either over the phone or in person. As a family-owned busine we have completly transparent pricing and we’ll gladly provide you with a detailed estimate tailored to your needs.

  • All items should be removed from furniture before our arrival. Chairs, sofas and end-tables will be carefully moved if wanted. Furniture legs will be protected with disposable blocks or plastic tabs. Large or heavy items may not be moved. Beds will not be moved by technicians.

  • Light vacuuming of high-traffic areas before we arrive is recommended but not required. If you prefer, we can do a quick vacuuming beforehand. Our equipment vacuums continuously during the cleaning process, ensuring a thorough clean by our expert carpet cleaner.

  • We accept cash, check, credit/debit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • It's best to wait until carpets and upholstery are completely dry before walking on them or placing furniture. This helps prevent re-soiling and damage to the surfaces.

  • We consider an area to measure at 250 square feet or less for our carpet cleaning service. Additional charges may apply for larger spaces.

  • Please note that we do not provide a guarantee for cat urine issues. While we strive for the best results, certain factors may affect the outcome of treatment.

  • We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and serve other clients efficiently.

  • In the event of inclement weather, Clean and Dry may need to reschedule appointments for the safety of our technicians and clients. As a small family owned and centered business, we prioritize safety and quality, ensuring your service is delivered when conditions allow.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience.

    For locations more than 20 miles from Norman city center, a small additional fee of $25-$50 may apply to cover extra time and travel costs.
