Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all existing customers of Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning.

• Referrals must be new clients who have not previously used Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning services.

Referral Process

• Referrals must mention the name of the referring customer at the time of booking their service.

• The referral discount will be applied only after the referred client has completed their service and payment.

Discount Details

• Referring customers will receive 20% off their total service cost for each successful referral.

• Discounts are applicable to carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, and upholstery cleaning services.

• Referral discounts can be stacked and accumulated to potentially receive a free cleaning service.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.

Redemption

• The discount will be applied to the referring customer’s next service after the referred client's service is completed.

• Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

• Discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the referring customer.

Privacy and Data Use

• Information provided during the referral process will be used solely for the purposes of the referral program and will not be shared with third parties.

Exclusions and Limitations

• Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Program Duration

• The referral program is ongoing, but Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to end or modify the program at any time.

Notification

• The referring customer will be notified once their referral has successfully completed a service and the discount has been applied to their account.

General Conditions

• Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the referral program.

• Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and applying discounts.
